Responsibility and corrections
Quima maintains the tools and their guides. The explanations describe this site's implementation; examples are illustrative. To report a problem, send the page URL, expected result and steps to reproduce it. Use fictional data and never send confidential documents.
Where data is processed
Flowcharts, SWOT, organization charts, Gantt, Canvas, labels, menus and quotes run in the browser. Optional drafts stay in that browser; they do not sync between devices. Download a backup before clearing browser storage.
Receipts, hours and comparisons send the entered data or uploaded files to the server for processing. Flyer spreadsheet import also uses the server; pictures, artwork and drafts stay in the browser. Tool content is processed in memory and is not stored in a server document database. See the privacy policy for technical logs, analytics and optional services.
Check the result before using it
Hours add the entered work intervals; they do not calculate payroll or statutory overtime. Receipts are payment acknowledgements, not tax invoices. Comparisons depend on the selected keys, formats and tolerances; review duplicates and ambiguous matches. These tools do not certify legal, tax or accounting compliance.
Languages and regional formats
The interface language and regional profile are separate settings. Commercial tools and flyers support Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain and Mexico. Profiles change available formats, currency presentation and paper sizes, depending on the tool. They do not convert exchange rates, weights or measures, or automatically validate local promotion and pricing rules. Check taxes, unit prices, dates and terms before publishing. Legacy receipts, hours and comparison tools are available in Portuguese.
