How to use
- Choose estimate, quote, proposal or scope. Enter business, recipient, reference, dates and commercial terms.
- Add items, quantities and prices. Configure discounts and inclusive or additional taxes without assuming rates.
- Review totals and sections, export PDF and keep JSON for later editing. Sequential numbering is local only.
Formats and limitations
PDF uses actual page sizes, repeated headers, grouped totals and rasterised text to preserve Unicode. It is not editable or a semantically accessible PDF. Use JSON to continue editing and the HTML preview for assisted reading. Sharing depends on browser support.
Regional considerations
Profiles use BRL, USD, GBP, EUR and MXN. IVA, VAT and sales tax are user-configured and start at zero. We do not calculate tax obligations, exchange rates or legal enforceability. This commercial document is not a tax invoice or an authorised contract.
