Driver Earnings & Payout Reconciliation

Import CSV or XLSX, check earnings and compare payouts with bank credits. Free and local.

Working across platforms requires separating recorded revenue, deductions, passenger cash and bank deposits. Import a statement or enter a summary. Review column mappings before confirming. Missing fields remain unavailable: an absent fee does not mean zero fees. Bank reconciliation is optional and every match needs your confirmation. Files stay in this page’s memory and are never uploaded to Quima Tools. Filter results, export local reports and explicitly transfer an earnings average to the vehicle calculator. This independent tool has no official affiliation with Uber, 99, Lyft, DiDi or Bolt.

How to use

Select the country that determines the file’s number and date format. Currency is independent from interface language. Select a platform and import files. Review each preview and map only columns whose meaning you understand. Confirm to add records with source file and row traceability. You may also enter an aggregate summary without individual trips. Import bank credits separately to compare payouts.

Method and formulas

Totals sum supplied fields of valid unique records. Reported net is never reduced by fees again. Cash, tolls, passenger payments and payouts stay separate. Identical records are possible duplicates excluded from totals. Without identifiers, conservative detection can merge legitimate identical entries: review sources. Daily averages use observed dates without assuming working days.

Fictional example

Fictional example: gross 1,000, fees 200, reported net 800. Net remains 800, not 600. Payout 600 and bank credit 400 may indicate a partial payment; only your confirmation reconciles them.

Limitations and assumptions

We do not infer payouts due without sufficient data. Suggestions use currency, amount and date proximity; they do not prove error, fraud or payment. Only accepted credits count as reconciled. Invalid imports are excluded. Without bank data, analysis is internal. Tests use synthetic files, without certifying real platform layouts.

How do I download my statement?

Generic guidance, not verified by country: sign in to your platform’s official portal, find earnings statements and CSV export. Menus vary. Never enter credentials here.
