How to use
Monthly workdays = days per week × annual working weeks ÷ 12. Include empty running in total distance. Weekly revenue × annual weeks ÷ 12 gives monthly revenue. If revenue includes platform deductions, leave the additional fee at zero. Aggregate expenses in advanced groups. Changing country changes formatting; it does not convert currencies.
Method and formulas
Cash flow = revenue − energy − operating costs − vehicle payments − charger installation this month. Economic profit = revenue − energy − operating costs − depreciation − interest (financed) or rent (rented). Principal is not deducted again from economic profit. Include charger wear in depreciation if desired. Break-even assumes proportional distance. Goals use the scenario’s pace and cash flow.
Fictional example
Fictional metric example: daily revenue 200, distance 100, five days weekly, 52 weeks annually, 10 km/L and fuel 5/L. Monthly revenue 4,333.33; energy 1,083.33. With owned vehicle without payments, fixed 300, variable 0.10/km and depreciation 200, cash flow 2,733.33 and economic profit 2,533.33.
Limitations and assumptions
Empty fields mean missing data, not zero: results are partial. Hybrids use supplied combined consumption, without modelling two energies simultaneously. CNG uses a supplied equivalent unit without assuming density. Battery reserve is an optional monthly expense; avoid duplicating it in depreciation. Scenarios share currency and units. No exchange conversion or automatic winner.
FAQ
Can I compare partial results?
Explore assumptions, but complete missing costs before deciding. Partial results are not disposable profit.
Where is my data stored?
Documents and amounts stay in this page’s memory. No uploads, analytics, ads or accounts in this editor. Reloading or clearing removes analysis. Saving preferences is optional; files are never saved.
Which files can I import?
CSV and XLSX (first sheet, no formulas), up to 5 MB and 500 records per file, 10 files per batch. XLSX dates as ISO text. Legacy XLS, PDF and OFX are not read: export to CSV. No official layout is certified; review columns.
